Farnborough Noise campaigner discusses police injunction at airport protest

Tilford-based campaigner Colin Shearn of the Farnborough Noise group addressed protesters atop the 'Lightship Greta' at Extinction Rebellion's march against private jets at Farnborough Airport on Saturday, January 27. Mr Shearn has an antisocial behaviour injunction served against him by Surrey Police for campaigning against the airport, but is refusing to be silenced – giving a recent interview to the Guardian and other environmental campaign groups. 00:14 court in a week's time, a three day trial. The Guardian picked it up and the United Nations

00:22 Special Rapporteur who provide protection under the Our House Protection have picked

00:27 it up so we have provided witness statements to the rapporteur and they've just provided

00:34 a report on the UK's general situation towards environmental and climate change activists.

00:41 So Farnborough Noise Group provides factual information to the public, councils and MPs.

00:47 We're here demanding that the Department for Transport, the CAA and the airport have a

00:51 proper conversation with us.
