00:00 How does it feel to be honoured with this award?

00:02 Very humbling and most unexpected.

00:06 Not something I thought that would ever happen,

00:11 but certainly to think there's people in the community that you've done things for,

00:14 that they think you're a worthy person to nominate for an OAM,

00:18 is very humbling and I feel very honoured to actually be receiving such an award.

00:23 What is your biggest achievement so far?

00:39 Hopefully reforming the Shepparton Pipe Band.

00:42 As I said, that was probably the most challenging and most rewarding thing I've done

00:46 throughout my entire piping career, I think.

00:49 I've had some other highlights, playing at the World Pipe Band Championships

00:52 with a band in 1994, that was pretty special.

00:56 And having the opportunity to travel with my wife and do things in the pipe band world as well,

01:01 has been pretty special as well.
