00:11 Not only is it so beautiful, we've got great schools.

00:16 I feel like we are a family of six, so we've got four kids, and we're never bored.

00:23 There's always something to do for us.

00:26 We also have great food, great wine.

00:31 We're very lucky.

00:32 We're becoming quite a great little tourist town, really, aren't we?

00:40 We make a big point of getting to know our customers and going around to tables talking.

00:45 We do find, especially on weekends, we get a lot of people from out of town.

00:50 I love getting to know why they found us and how they got here.

00:55 A lot of people from Melbourne, which is wonderful.

01:05 If Ballarat can get even bigger and better in everything we're doing, we have a lot of

01:11 great events and weekends like the Goanya Festival.

01:15 That's getting bigger and better every year.

01:19 Even our schools for families.

01:22 I think Ballarat is going in the right direction everywhere.
