1. Maroon/burgundy/auburn - Whatever you want to call it, warm reds are in (Paint - Cost effective way to add color to your cabinets or walls)
2. Curved lines - For years things have been very linear but we are starting to see curves make a comeback and especially with furniture (Introducing a rounded ottoman or curved table can help add these soft lines easily)
3. Texture - On the walls, on the ceilings, and in furniture and decor. Layered texture as visual interest and comfort (Trim work is my favorite way to add texture)
4. Bold prints - This has been a slower one but it’s still happening. Wallpaper and fabrics that makes a statement is on the rise (Peel and stick wallpaper has come a long way and is an easy way to add some boldness)
5. Eclectic Looks - purity in design has changed. With the increase in prices, people are finding ways to make blended styles work in a great way (use family heirlooms or go thrifting to find older pieces and give them a new life)
