00:00 In other news, the Commission on Elections clarified that it did not expect the ongoing charter change to be given to their additional P12 billion for 2024.
00:13 In an interview with Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia, he explained that Comelec was the first to allocate more than P17 billion in the Congress' budget hearing
