Will Ja Morant Live Up to NBA Potential?

Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant will miss the remainder of the season with a torn labrum in his shoulder.

00:09 But here's my concern that job for a myriad of reasons won't live up to his full NBA potential

00:18 And he has a reckless style on the court, which is really fun to watch

00:22 Don't get me wrong and and I hope that I am wrong in saying this

00:27 I have no idea how this injury actually occurred, but it's just the way he plays

00:32 So full throttle on top of everything else. It may be tough for him to sustain

00:37 In all seriousness, I don't think any of them matters right now

00:41 I really hope that the people that care about him deeply the people that love him are surrounding him at this time

00:48 Because it has been a tumultuous span of a year

00:52 For a job and for him to now not be able to play basketball

00:55 Which I'm sure it's his safe haven hit the getaway from all the other things that he was dealing with

01:00 Off the court and now to not have that outlet is gonna be so difficult for him

01:07 He was already I'm sure he was already struggling just with the suspension and now to know that his season is over

01:12 I just hope that he's surrounded by people that really care about him and with the best of him

01:16 Just to make sure that his mental is good because I can only imagine how difficult this is gonna be for him

01:22 And I think Jai is immensely talented. I think he'll be able to bounce back

01:25 But I think the mental side of not being able to play is really gonna be hard for him
