Rebecca Bice, 26, discovered the results of her test with siblings Caroline Gemes, 24, and Lizzie Gemes, 23.  The trio had all gathered at a beach house in Florida.  Rebecca then woke one morning and 'knew something was different', so took a test.  She found out she was pregnant with her two sisters and cousin Maddie, 20.
