00:05 One of the two suspects was arrested for looting a cellphone in Tondo, Manila.

00:11 The man was arrested for helping the GPS tracking of the stolen cellphone.

00:16 The suspect who was charged with the crime was released because of the snatch.

00:21 Here's the first news from Darlene Cai.

00:26 This was taken a few moments before the snatch happened in the riding in tandem in the province of Juan Luna in the province of Tondo, Manila.

00:34 A few moments before, they were able to steal the cellphone of a man who was walking according to the Rahabago Police.

00:41 Our victim is a public school teacher who was walking in the province of Juan Luna.

00:46 He was texting that there's a riding in tandem and he was stealing his cellphone.

00:53 The victim did not report the crime to the police.

00:56 He said it's good that the GPS tracking of the cellphone was on.

01:00 That's why they were able to track one of the suspects.

01:03 He was actually moving.

01:05 When he stopped when he was going down, the complainant pointed at him.

01:09 Our police immediately approached him.

01:13 One of the suspects, Jeffrey Santillan, was arrested.

01:16 The suspect was able to get the stolen cellphone and motorcycle.

01:20 He was identified as a positive victim.

01:23 Santillan was released after being jailed last year for snatching.

01:29 They will be watching for people who are using cellphones on the streets.

01:36 If they see an opportunity, they will steal it.

01:40 The suspect admitted to the crime.

01:42 I just ran out of money ma'am.

01:43 Another suspect is still being searched.
