JoJo’s ShakeBAR’s Winter Wonderland Pop-Up
JoJo’s ShakeBAR, the restaurant famous for its over-the-top shakes and immersive dining experiences, is transforming its Scottsdale Quarter location into the ultimate Winter Wonderland pop-up beginning November 18. Every square inch of the restaurant will be covered in festive decor including an eight-foot tall nutcracker, giant ornaments, thousands of string lights, and everything Santa’s elves could’ve dreamed of. 00:00 All right, so the holidays are not quite over yet, at least not in Scottsdale.
00:06 And we are headed out to JoJo's Shake Bar, where it is still a winter wonderland, complete
00:11 with delicious treats for grownups and the kids.

00:32 Okay, so Demi, tell me a little bit about what you guys do to make this such a fun winter
00:39 wonderland.
00:41 Yeah, we've had this up almost since Thanksgiving.
00:45 We've got all these great decorations from the ceiling, as you can see.
00:49 You know, we got that fun Pac-Man that we always have, but now we've got all these great
00:53 presents hanging and Santa Claus hats and fun signs and just a lot of different fun
00:58 vibes going on for the holiday season.
01:01 And it's not over yet.
01:02 It doesn't end until January 14th, so you still got some time to come check us out.
01:06 We've got lights outside, some fun snow machines, a little bit of everything for everyone.
01:11 And then we've got some fun things going on through the holiday season.
01:14 It's not quite over, like I said, and January we got a lot of things planned out for everybody.
01:19 Yeah, so tell me about some of those shakes.
01:22 We can go ahead and take a look at it all.
01:23 Yeah, tell me about some of those shakes that you have, because I hear you can put some
01:28 booze in some of those.
01:29 Tell me a little bit about some of the shakes you have on the table there.
01:33 Yeah, so we've got a couple of different things going on.
01:36 We got a Winter Wonderland shake going on until January 14th.
01:40 It's that nice peppermint flavor inside with that little snowman you got.
01:43 And then we got some boozy hot chocolates that we go on.
01:45 They can be boozy or non-boozy.
01:47 So these are our Biggie hot chocolates.
01:49 We've got our salted caramel, that nice double chocolate flavor with the salted caramel added
01:53 on top.
01:54 You can add a nice little Bailey's or Jameson if you want to it, depending on your flavor.
01:58 And then we've got our Peppermint Party hot chocolate as well going on.
02:02 So we got those through the holiday season.
02:05 Those are so fun.
02:06 You still got a couple weeks to come check those out.
02:08 Yeah, they have the whole holiday theme and you can have them for the adults or for the
02:12 kids because you can do the booze or not.
02:16 Yes, of course.
02:19 And then we've got a couple other fun things going on too for the holiday season as well.
02:22 We've got a dry January, everybody does it, but you don't have to hold out on the fun.
02:28 We do a dry mixology class.
02:30 It's actually going to be a mocktail class.
02:33 So it's $25 a person and you get to come make some of our fun non-boozy drinks that we've
02:39 got.
02:40 So this week we're going to be featuring a Trixer for kids.
02:44 So it's a cotton candy fun flavored drink.
02:48 And our peach Mueller here we got going on too.
02:51 So nice, similar to like a mule cocktail with that nice peach and ginger beer flavor.
02:59 So fun.

03:03 Yeah, this is a mixology class that you can come out and learn how to make these right
03:07 there in the class and make them at home.
03:09 I think that is a fantastic idea.
03:11 So tell me about the food we have on the table.
03:14 Sure.
03:16 We got brunch going on seven days a week.
03:18 You know, we got our brunch menu going until 2 p.m. every day as well as our regular menu.
03:22 So this is our chili achilles right there.
03:24 It's one of my absolute favorites.
03:25 I love it all the time.
03:27 And then we got our baked mac and cheese.
03:29 Definitely great for that winter season.
03:31 You know, nice and wholesome and fun filled.
03:34 So we got both menus going on all the time that you can come and check us out any day
03:38 of the week.
03:39 And we've got our margarita tree that you can come and test out.
03:43 We do half price tequila on Tuesdays.
03:47 So tequila Tuesdays, yeah, definitely come check that out sometime too.
03:50 And it includes four of these fun flavored margaritas as well.
