00:51 that they are the best way to fully harness digital technology's potential for

00:55 growth, development, and democratization and local empowerment.

01:09 And also the guiding principle behind the global gateway strategy.

01:12 To ensure that the digital transformation benefits everyone,

01:16 the remaining digital gaps, especially in Internet access, must be closed.
