03:03 First of all, appreciating the fact that you're here with us today.
03:09 You made time in between your work schedules, and you came to celebrate with us this momentous occasion
03:21 that is the launch of the first of our new aircraft, the Airbus A330-200.

03:39 We just inspected that for sure looks extremely beautiful, and for us that have had a chance to fly on it, and probably fly it,
03:51 it's an exceptional machine. It just flies beautifully.
03:57 This aircraft you're seeing will be deployed in the course of next week to boost our capacity on the Dubai route,
04:08 and we plan by the 8th to be flying it into Dubai, where we have been constrained due to capacity issues because of flying the 737s.
04:17 But then, as you saw, this is another animal.
04:22 You lie flat, you're massaged, you are permanently connected on Wi-Fi and GSM.
04:30 We made calls on our way as we were coming over.
04:35 It's three classes, for business class, for those who want to feel the privacy and the comfort of enjoying premium class,
04:46 they are also taken care of, and then our friends in the club class.
04:51 And all is 244 seats put together, which I believe is a fantastic product and improves our offering to the market.
05:03 In taking this A330-200 into service, Rwanda becomes the first A330 operator in Eastern Africa, and the 118th worldwide.
05:17 It joins a club of luminary and illustrious operators that benefit from this particular aircraft's impressive performance.
05:28 This is probably a unique aircraft that will be flying with Wi-Fi, with video on demand for all passengers.
05:35 Please join me in congratulating Rwanda Air and wishing it well for its wide-body sprites forward, taking Rwanda to a greater height.
05:57 Today's event is a direct reflection of our development journey and creates economic opportunities for the business community,
06:06 not only in Rwanda, but to our region, to East Africa, to tap in from in terms of increasing connectivity to Africa, Asia, Europe and beyond.
06:23 This Airbus A330 increases Rwanda's freight.
06:28 And today we are saying that we have about nine aircrafts, and we expect two more additional aircrafts before the year ends.
06:50 And at the beginning of next year, we expect another to join.
06:56 So this growth certainly again pushes us to look for an alternative airport.
07:08 And that's why, as the government and with the other partners, we have come up with a project to develop another modern, with enough facilities, airport at Bugesela.
07:28 And I'm happy to say that the growth of Rwanda will not be constrained by the space of the airport.
07:38 So in the next few years, not more than three years, we should be having another state-of-the-art, new, modern airport at Bugesela.
