00:04 2024 is going to be a big year for Sheffield.

00:07 We're a city on the up and I just wanted to tell you quickly about some of the things that are taking place this year.

00:14 I'm here on Cambridge Street and this year over the coming months we're going to see the heart of the city development come to completion

00:22 as Cambridge Street Collective, Lear's Yard and many more new exciting things open up.

00:28 We're also seeing the ongoing transformation of Fargate and the creation of a new park down at Castlegate is soon to start.

00:37 There's lots more coming up as well such as the MOBO Awards which are taking place in our city in February.

00:44 I'm excited about what is happening in our city and I hope you are too.
