EastEnders Xmas episode (Dec 24th 1985)

The people of Albert Square prepare for their first Christmas, with mixed results for some of the residents. While some look forward to celebrations, Debbie is facing Xmas without a job, while Pete and Pauline worry about their mum Lou Beale after her health scare. Meanwhile Naima Jeffery asks Lou if she can use her home as a meeting place between her and her estranged husband Saeed, who seeks a reconciliation after being revealed to being the phone pervert. Which way will she decide?

Medford, Sandy Ratcliffe, Ned Adamson and Linda Davidson. I thought as it neared Christmas that I should really upload a Xmas soap episode. I don't have many, but I did record some random episodes of EastEnders when they were repeated a few years ago. Although I haven't watched it for many years now, the early days hold a fascination and this is the first Xmas that Albert Square experienced. This is an old recording of mine, so apologies for any glitches there may be.
