Ford Galaxie 0-60 Acceleration

In 2021 I posted a 0-60 run in my 1967 Ford Galaxie, at that time with the factory single exhaust and factory 2-bbl carburetor. Since then I installed an Edelbrock AVS2 4-bbl carb atop an Edelbrock Performer 289 aluminum intake, and had a new dual exhaust system with an X-pipe built.
This is still a 4,000lb car with 2.8:1 rear axle gears and a little 289 V8, so it's still pretty sluggish off-the-line, but it's quicker than it was with the 2-bbl.
