00:06 7th, 2023. The RSPCA is investigating after an underweight puppy was dumped by a roadside

00:12 in Chichester. The 7-month-old Spaniel Cross was found by a member of the public on Hook

00:17 Lane on November 14th. She was taken to a local vet for treatment and the incident was

00:22 reported to the RSPCA. The brown and white puppy was microchipped by the registered owner

00:27 said he sold her five months ago. The RSPCA have been unable to trace the new owner.

00:34 Two shops in Worthing have been told they must close for three months after reports

00:38 of anti-social behaviour. Sussex Police said the closure order had been secured against
