00:00 A man was arrested in Quezon City for two cases related to illegal drugs.

00:05 We have first the news, James Agustin.

00:08 The operatives of QCPD Station 14 filed two warrants of arrest

00:17 against a 24-year-old construction worker named J.J. David in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

00:24 This is for a case related to drugs initiated by a branch of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.

00:31 He played bargaining in both cases.

00:33 But when he was in jail, the court found out that he had previous cases,

00:40 so his probation was denied.

00:42 So the court immediately issued his service of sentence, so he was released.

00:47 Fifth on the Most Wanted Persons List of Holy Spirit Police Station, David

00:51 was arrested in 2022 and 2023 for using illegal drugs.

00:57 He was a drug user.

00:59 He was arrested for possession of a penalty,

01:04 although he was released in court.

01:06 This is the second arrest, he was caught with illegal drugs.

01:11 The suspect said he didn't know that there were two warrants of arrest against him.

01:15 My sister caught me. We were texting my probation officer.

01:19 We were mistaken. We moved to another house.

01:24 We didn't accept the sumo.

01:26 That's why we were released with a warrant.

01:31 The police returned the warrant to the court and are now waiting for the suspect's commitment order.
