00:00 An agency in Manila was shut down by the Department of Migrant Workers.

00:05 Because they are working abroad, even though they don't have a license, they are still being targeted.

00:11 The Department of Migrant Workers was blocked by the 11th Immigration Services in Manila.

00:19 They were able to prove that they are recruiting overseas workers without a license.

00:24 They were also surveilled by the agency after receiving a complaint from the wife of the OFW

00:30 who paid P150,000 to get a job abroad but hasn't left after six months of application.

00:38 The 11th Immigration Services also claimed that they are helping in obtaining a work visa.

00:43 The consultancy or immigration service doesn't need help.

00:48 Once the work is committed, it's the easiest to get a visa.

00:52 The Department of Migrant Workers has no license.

00:56 In this case, they are recruiting for Poland and they are being paid P250,000.

01:13 She will have a one-year application to become a factory worker in Poland.

01:17 She was also able to pay P140,000 for the processing fee and travel insurance.
