00:36 The Philippines wants to tap nuclear power as a viable alternative power source, as it
00:41 seeks to retire coal plants for environmental reasons.
00:44 President Marcos had discussed the possibility of reviving the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant,
00:49 a project of his father, late dictator Ferdinand E. Marcos, which was eventually mothballed.
