00:16 All our customers are off island around the world.
00:19 So I left my previous role in 2019, expected to spend a year travelling the world, booked
00:24 a safari, a cruise, got it all sorted, walked out into the sunshine, and lockdown came.
00:29 So my wife said to me, "Well, that's great, Mike, you can get on with the gardening."
00:33 I figured, "Okay, well, that's a metaphor.
00:34 I'm a techie, so gardening, surely she means writing code."
00:35 So I got back in and started tackling a technical project, which had been bottled up for a

00:44 And then that just turned into a business.
00:45 People thought it was a good idea, thought I had commercial legs before I knew it.
00:49 We had investors and here we are.
00:51 And you're Barosal based, you've got not a massive amount of staff.
00:55 No, we've got 12 team, 12 on the team, but they're all over the place.
00:59 We all work from home.
01:00 So Monday mornings I spend around my kitchen table in Barosal, that's right, but the rest
01:04 of the time they're all home.
01:06 And how much does this award mean to not just you, but the rest of your staff?
01:09 So the 12 on board, how much does this mean to you?
01:12 Well, it's great because although we're in a global industry, so we've been recognised
01:16 in that industry before, normally I have to be explaining where the other branch is.
01:22 And it's all quite distant and quite separate from what we do day to day.
01:25 And because we are a close team, it's amazing to be recognised locally.
01:29 People not to forget we're actually a local business.
