The parents of murdered 23-year-old Gracie Spinks have called Derbyshire Police “disgraceful” after the force admitted a number of failings. Alison Ward – Gracie’s mother – says after encouraging her daughter to report her stalker to the police “because it was the right thing to do” the constabulary “didn’t do any investigating whatsoever”.
