00:08 Sussex today. Worthing's newest shop and cafe has opened this week and our reporter says visitors

00:12 should expect a relaxed vibe and a wide range of products. Spun in Portland Square sells pre-loved

00:18 vinyl records, sustainable clothing and accessories as well as the usual delicious assortment of cakes

00:23 coffees and refreshments. A chef at a luxury Horsham hotel has battled through to a place on

00:29 MasterChef the Professionals. Tom Hamblett is 24 years old and works alongside mum and dad as a

00:34 chef at the five-star South Lodge Hotel in Lower Beading. His classical training as well as his

00:39 experience in Michelin star establishments served him well on the show and he sailed through last

00:44 week's episode to secure himself a place in the next round. Speaking to Sussex World and his work

00:49 and about his work in kitchens he said cooking is in his blood and the executive chef dad and

00:54 pastry chef mum are both obsessed with food and cooking and just the practice and the lifestyle of

01:00 working through kitchens. A three-year-old dog though called Tula has been living in kennels for

01:05 nearly 1,000 days Sussex World has reported and staff at Dogstress say that they're baffled that

01:10 she hasn't proven more popular. They say the pooch is lively, enthusiastic and incredibly smart but

01:14 prefers people to other dogs and might need to be the only pet in the house. There are plenty of
