00:11 A pie maker from Bognor Regis is set to appear on this year's season of The Apprentice.

00:16 Philip Turner, who runs the award-winning bakery Turner's Pies in both Bognor Regis and Chichester,

00:21 is hoping that his tried and tested business acumen will be enough to impress the notoriously tough Alan Sugar in this year's season.

00:28 It will air on BBC One on February 1st at 9pm and I believe the first episode is based in the Scottish Highlands.

00:35 It should make for really good viewing and here's hoping the local boy takes it home.

00:39 But the 5.9 acre Northwood College Broadwater campus site in Worthing is up for sale

00:45 and property consultants say it has plenty of developmental potential.

00:49 Owners Chichester College Group are selling the site in order to facilitate investment in existing sites

00:54 with Northbrook College courses moving to other college locations in the Worthing area

00:59 once Northbrook itself ceases to operate as a college next year.

01:03 A major hospital which serves patients in Surrey, Horsham and Crawley has shut three wards after a bug outbreak today.

01:09 East Surrey Hospital in Redhill has closed the wards to minimise the risk of further infection

01:14 following an outbreak of Norovirus which is a higher risk to staff and patients this time of year anyway

01:19 and it's also urging patients not to go to hospital if they're experiencing symptoms of the bug.

01:24 Sufferers usually start to feel better within three days and yeah, just steer clear if you can.
