We asked members of the public whether or not they would be happy to let (Artificial Intelligence) AI take over if they never had to work again? This is what some had to say...

00:12 Whilst the idea of not working a day in my life is tempting, I wouldn't because I just

00:18 don't trust artificial intelligence in general.

00:21 With the way that it's in the media right now, so many actors and things like that are

00:26 getting their images regenerated into situations that they haven't consented to.

00:31 So for example, porn has happened a lot.

00:34 There's been singers and stuff that I've seen, they've been made into porn stars.

00:40 So I just wouldn't trust my image being used or I also wouldn't trust giving that much

00:46 power to something that I don't have any idea about.

00:49 So basically, it's just not trustworthy?

00:55 So if artificial intelligence were to take over but you didn't have to work another day

01:07 I think if it was, I would if I was doing something menial.

01:10 If it was a job like I sort of do now where there's not as much creativity, I would probably

01:17 say yes, as long as it meant I got to do other things I like.

01:20 But I do think to an extent, artificial intelligence can't really replace...

01:39 Yeah, definitely.

01:40 To be fair, even in music, there's certain bits of software and programs that rely on

01:44 AI to do the work for you and it definitely makes your workload quicker.

01:49 So when there's tools that are using AI to make your job easier, I do kind of agree with

01:54 that and there's loads of it everywhere.

01:56 But I guess you can't...

01:58 If you're taking out the human element, I think that's where you're struggling.

02:08 Not very comfortable with artificial intelligence, if I'm going to be honest.

02:11 It is quite scary that the fact that they're having computers taken over as it is anyway.
