Police have arrested a 31-year-old foreign national on suspicion of setting off fireworks from a moving vehicle at Jalan 2/3A Bandar Utara in Kuala Lumpur.

A video of the incident has gone viral.

00:23 He added that the 31-year-old suspect does not have a criminal record and will be remanded
00:28 to assist with investigations under Section 7 of the Explosives Act 1957.
