00:07 and I've made some new friends in the Minneapolis area recently,

00:13 on a slow afternoon to meet up with one of my friends, Maya.
00:16 - What have you been up to the last couple weeks?
00:20 - Mm, finishing bartending school.

00:24 - Still traveling, like, here and there,
00:26 taking a couple trips.
00:27 - Yeah. How about Ethan? Where's Ethan?
00:29 - He still has his cars that he's, like, very interested in,
00:32 like, classic cars. - Sure.
00:34 - And he's actually down in Georgia
00:36 now picking up a couple of them
00:38 and bringing them back up here to store at his grandparents'.
00:41 - What's it like having them gone?
00:43 - I mean, we have very separate lives.

00:46 - And don't spend a lot of time together
00:48 or do a lot together, to be honest.
00:50 Ethan and I have had several conversations recently
00:53 about a shift possibly happening
00:56 in his relationship with his family.
00:57 You know, for a few months, he didn't pick up their calls,
01:00 didn't answer their texts,
01:01 didn't really see them or have a relationship.
01:03 And then recently, they've started reaching out a lot more,
01:06 and he's wondering kind of what role
01:08 that they're gonna have in his life.
01:10 And I just said, "Okay, remember,
01:12 can you loop me in before you make plans?"
01:14 And he said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah."
01:16 And then I got home, and it's like,
01:17 well, I didn't want to have a fight on the phone,
01:19 but I had already made plans.
01:24 I just--I do kind of feel over it.
