00:56 One of the people who experienced water discoloration is Mayetta.

01:00 She said that the yellow water lasted for 3 hours from 7 in the morning to 10 in the morning.

01:36 The initial investigation revealed that the discoloration of the water was caused by a high level of manganese from the raw water.

02:03 There is a hole in the middle of the dam where water can be drawn in case of emergency.

02:12 Now, they are having repairs on the top of the dam.

02:15 Water is being drawn there while the Angat Dam is being repaired.

02:22 Now, Audrey, Manila is conducting a flushing in affected areas to solve the water problem.

02:29 The requirement is that they have to fix this within 3 days.

02:34 As long as they fix this within 3 days, they will not have any financial penalties.

02:41 That's why MWSSRO can require additional steps to fix this problem.

02:54 MWSSRO is advising consumers who have experienced a flushing that they should let the water flow until it becomes clear.
