00:51 Now Nicki is gearing up for the December release of her fifth studio album, Pink Friday 2,

01:19 "Because some of the songs started off being written about four years ago, they were songs
01:26 I couldn't record sexually explicit songs while I was pregnant.
01:31 So I ended up just getting turned off for a very long time and I had a writer's block
01:36 for a while even after I had the baby.
01:39 And so now I'm doing a balance of what I think feels like Nicki Minaj, but doesn't make me
01:49 feel like 'eek.'"
01:50 While fans will get to hear Nicki's new music on December 8th, "It was a very full circle
01:55 moment."
01:56 she's still not dishing on her son's real name.

02:09 But Nicki does reveal the story behind his nickname.

02:15 I give everyone I love these nicknames normally.
02:19 And he actually had a couple nicknames.
02:24 His first nickname while he was in my stomach was Bubba.
02:28 And when he came out, it just transformed into Papa Bear.
02:31 I can't explain it, but when I looked at him, that's what I thought."
02:35 And according to Nicki, the apple didn't fall far from the tree.
