00:00 Bringing your pets from one place to another, especially for a more permanent setting, isn't the easiest thing to do.
00:06 Right, Chloe?
00:07 That's right.
00:08 But thanks to trusted transport companies like Joyful Pet Transport, this seemingly daunting task is made doable and hassle-free.
00:15 To tell us more, joining us live is the duo behind Joyful Pet Transport, Alona Bell and Charles Chua.
00:22 Hi guys, welcome to New Day.
00:23 Hi, good morning.
00:24 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:26 So let's get right to it.
00:27 Chloe.
00:28 Chloe is so cute.
00:30 So let's talk about the documents that are needed when it comes to transport.
00:36 Is there a difference between the papers needed for international travel and domestic?
00:42 Yes, there is a difference.
00:45 For domestic, we only need three requirements.
00:48 Number one, the veterinary card.
00:51 We need to have an anti-rabies. We have to be sure that the anti-rabies is updated.
01:00 Because the validity is only one year.
01:02 Second is the health certificate from the local vet.
01:06 After acquiring those two, we are eligible to apply for a shipping permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry.
01:13 That's for domestic.
01:15 For international, it depends on the country.
01:20 Yes, it depends on the country.
01:22 It's a different law.
01:23 Some countries require microchip, some other countries don't.
01:30 Some other countries require a titer test.
01:33 It depends on the country and the area where they are from.
01:37 If the rabies is too high in the country.
01:42 Can you walk us through the process when it comes to the transportation of the dog or cat or whatever animal you carry from point A to point B?
01:53 All our clients have to do is to fill out our form that we send to them.
02:03 Then we'll pick up their pet from their house and deliver it directly to their preferred address.
02:09 As simple as that.
02:12 For inter-island, for example, from Luzon to Mindanao, we'll take their pet on a ship or airplane.
02:25 The beauty of our service is that we provide all the documents they need.
02:32 So our clients are 100% hassle-free.
02:37 Speaking about the clients, because it's hassle-free,
02:41 but for clients or fur parents like me, we're a bit anxious when we're separated from our fur babies.
02:49 Like Chloe right now.
02:50 So I'm going to give her back to you.
02:52 She's a bit anxious.
02:54 How do you make sure that the pets are okay when they're being transported?
03:02 We don't hire pet handlers who only know how to drive.
03:11 We hire qualified people from the Philippines who have a background in handling pets.
03:22 We partner with them to train our staff.
03:32 How can we reach you? Do you have social media, website?
03:38 You can reach us at our Facebook page, Joyful Pet Transport.
03:44 We're also on Instagram, TikTok, Joyful Pet Transport.
03:52 And message us directly.
03:54 Okay. Alright. Thank you so much for joining us, Alonna Bell and Charles Chua.
03:59 And of course, Chloe also, right? The charming Chloe. Thank you.
