00:00 Hi, I'm Brian Brown, I'm the Treasurer of the Atherton Men's Shed in Atherton.

00:07 I was the inaugural President. We formed the shed some 12 years ago.

00:13 The shed is based on volunteer men who wish to come and enjoy the networking,

00:22 the community service that we do in providing jobs for different members of the community.

00:33 We've done over 1,200 jobs in 12 years.

00:38 Mainly our jobs are for women, surprisingly enough.

00:44 We have 60 odd members, we're open five days a week,

00:52 and it's a very enjoyable place to come, contribute and learn new skills should you want to.
