Walking Lunges 139¼lb

Walking Lunges with 45lb bar & 139¼lb was a good time. Such a simple way to work the Quads, Glutes & Groin! Notice l'm doing them as a Split Lifter would with the front knee way forward and the heel coming up a bit as l put the pressure on the ball of that foot. Rear knee doesn't touch the ground. WHEN l move forward enough into the front knee! What a simple way to wreck the legs & build mobility while making sure the legs work EQUALLY which of course will help you Squats and Deadlifts. Lotsa good going on here...God Bless YOU!
