01:03 Well, I've been cleared twice.

01:05 There's no reason to think I won't be cleared again, right?

01:10 Well, that's the complicated part.

01:14 the Civilian Complaint Review Board

01:16 will review the excessive force allegation.

01:19 You have the power to override that, right?

01:26 You still believe I'm innocent, right?

01:33 But it presents a conflict of interest for me,
