01:13 headed by Secretary Jose Rizalino Acusar

01:19 and our President of the Social Housing Finance Corporation

01:24 and our Chief Executive Officer President Ginong Federico Lacsa.

01:31 The role or mandate of the Social Housing Finance Corporation

01:35 in implementing the Pambansang Pabahay for the Filipino program

01:39 is one of the rules that this program will be implemented.

01:45 The 4PH in Shapsi or Social Housing is implemented by us,

01:53 according to our community-guided financing guidelines

01:58 that were issued by the Secretary,

02:02 whose aim is to improve, improve and expand the financing of Shapsi.

05:13 Just like our first project, Davao, this is complete in facilities and utilities.

05:59 That is our ongoing project in Mindanao and Visayas

06:36 In Visayas, their proposed project has 19 projects.

06:40 This is Kalat in Visayas, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Iloilo, Bacolod, we also have one in Cebu.

07:26 How is the process to become a beneficiary of the SHFC project under the Pambansang Pabahay?

07:34 What are the requirements and where can they apply?

07:40 First, under the concept of the Social Housing Finance Corporation,

07:52 The community association will make a plan and they will choose the place to apply.

08:00 First, they should form a community association and register them in the SHFC or Department of Human Settlement.

08:09 After they are formed and registered, they will form their project to submit to the SHFC or Social Housing.

08:27 They should submit a proposal letter to the president of the SHFC.

08:36 After they submit their proposal, they will ask for funding and they will qualify for social housing.

08:48 We will conduct an inspection on the property they want.

08:54 We will ask for compliance with our BP220 with regards to the qualification and standard of the place we will transfer.

09:04 They should not be in a danger area. We will consider a right of way for the people we will transfer to live in a decent place.

09:14 These qualifications or people or beneficiaries should be those who live in a danger area, prone to health and safety risks,

09:26 those who are affected by our government infrastructure project, those areas that have court orders for demolition,

09:37 and those who are victims of disaster or calamity, or members of sectoral groups, vendors association, PNP,

09:48 Armed Forces of the Philippines, teachers, OFW, all of them who do not have a house yet can be our beneficiaries in the house of corporate

09:58 under the administration of our President Marcos and Secretary Acusar.
