00:10 About 20 hours a week.

00:18 My dad.

00:20 Yeah dad? Tell us a bit about your dad.

00:22 I'm doing this to raise money for the Stroke Foundation.

00:25 Oh yeah, yeah.

00:26 So as I said, it'll be 12 months for the day, one attempt, a world record that I've seen with stroke.

00:34 So we're doing this to continue his legacy which was lovely by example.
