From giant neon art installations to a dance party in an old turbine hall. Organisers of the 24th Biennale of Sydney have unveiled a sneak peak of what people can expect during the festival's three month run next year. The biennale will take over six locations across the city, but the previously derelict White Bay Power Station in Rozelle will be its beating heart.
