To continue our growth and recovery momentum, we all must continue to invest into our talents and workforce.

This is why efforts by the Ministry of Human Resources and HRD Corporation are crucial

in helping us to achieve this aim by creating the right policies

and ensuring the delivery of a structured mechanism for training and training funds.

I will also make to understand that the Ministry of Human Resources have also introduced various initiatives

to provide upskilling, placement, employment and income generation opportunities for communities in need,
