Snack Sushi A New Sensation with Crispy Outside and Tender Inside

Hello, it's Gyu Otoko! Today, let's create a new and delightful snack sushi with a unique texture—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This sushi is perfect for kids' snacks or as a companion to your favorite beverage. Plus, it's easy to make, so be sure to give it a try.

First, place egg yolks on cooked rice, sprinkle with basil and black pepper, and mix well. This creates egg yolk rice, which you'll put into a sushi mold, press it out, and make goldshari (sushi rice). Next, prepare Spam and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Then, in a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. When the garlic's aroma infuses into the oil,

place goldshari and Spam in the frying pan and cook over high heat until the surface of the Kinshari and Spam turns crispy.

Once done, place the Spam on top of the goldshari, roll it with nori seaweed, and it's ready. Feel free to enjoy it with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, or your preferred dipping sauce.

The combination of the crispy outer layer and the tender inner goldshari and Spam offers a new and delightful experience. It's perfect as a snack with your favorite beverage, as a late-night treat, or as a fun and delicious snack for kids.

Ingredients:
Cooked rice : 100g
Egg yolks : 2
Basil : 1 tablespoon
Black pepper ️: 1 teaspoon
Spam : 1/4 can
Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 2 cloves
