02:30 Then, voters will write their balota, then they will stamp it and return it to the electoral board.

02:36 Voters will thumb mark the balot coupon and will put indelible ink.

02:42 Do not return it yet because voters will remove the balot coupon from the electoral board

02:48 and will drop the balota and balot coupon in separate containers in the ballot box.

02:53 Remember, LENTE or Legal Network for Truthful Elections does not require ID for voting.

02:59 Voters will just ask for ID if there is a question on their identity.

03:04 But there is another process that can be done if there is no ID,

03:08 like asking other people to prove their identity to the voters.

03:13 LENTE also said that voters cannot help in writing balota.

03:19 People of PNP and AFP should be 50 meters away from the polling place.

03:25 Spokesperson Laudshanko, Connie Adjun, also has some words about the reports received by COMELEC this morning.

03:32 They said that a man was shot and killed by an incumbent barangay chairwoman in Butig Lanao del Sur,

03:37 a man was shot in Dato Odinson, Suat, where two people were killed and one was injured,

03:42 and 50 people were brought to the polling place in Dato Odinson, Suat, but they were stopped.
