03:05 then the four girls of 50/50 took 8-Track to court.
03:08 According to Korea Times,
03:09 they alleged the agency breached their contract
03:12 by failing to provide accounting data
03:14 and neglecting their mental health.
03:16 Since then, Keena dropped her lawsuit
03:18 and rejoined the agency.
03:20 As for the other three members,
03:21 8-Track terminated Aaron, Seo, and Sana's contracts,
03:25 claiming they slandered and defamed the agency.
03:27 8-Track also alleged a conspiracy
03:29 between the three members
03:30 and the founder and CEO of The Givers,
03:32 the consulting firm who co-manages the group
03:35 alongside 8-Track,
03:36 saying the CEO tried to poach the group.
03:38 Warner Records, who 50/50 signed a deal with,
03:41 did not return a request for comment.
03:43 So what's next now that three of the four members
03:45 had their contracts terminated?
03:47 Looks like we'll have to wait and see.
