01:53 The UN Secretary General arrived at the Egyptian side of the Rafah border crossing on Friday,

01:59 where more than 200 trucks and some 3,000 tons of aid headed for Gaza were stationed.

02:05 Antonio Guterres called on all international parties to work together to ensure that humanitarian

02:11 aid reaches Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

02:15 "That needs everything to survive.

02:18 So these trucks are not just trucks, they are a lifeline.

02:25 They are the difference between life and death for so many people in Gaza.

02:32 And to see them stuck here makes me be very clear.

02:38 What we need is to make them move, to make them move to the other side of this wall,

02:44 to make them move as quickly as possible and as many as possible."

02:50 Egyptian state-linked broadcaster Al-Kahara News said that the Rafah crossing, which is

02:54 the only route into Gaza, would reopen on Friday, but Cairo later said it needed more

02:59 time to repair roads.

03:01 The UN says the first aid delivery into the Gaza Strip via the Rafah border crossing should

03:06 take place in the next day or so.

03:08 Estimates suggest around one million people have been internally displaced in Gaza, including

03:13 over 350,000 people staying in camps set up by the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine

03:19 refugees.

03:23 At the headquarters of the Israeli Forum for the Hostages and Missing Families, lawyers,

03:28 doctors, psychologists and media experts are working around the clock to try to bring the

03:33 hostages back home.

03:34 Two weeks after the attacks, and with anxiety and anger rising amongst both families and

03:39 volunteers, our correspondent Valerie Goria has visited the forum.

04:43 as they fled Hamas gunmen in the Be'arri kibbutz near Gaza.

04:47 "I always hope that all those interviews, there are also groups of people in Hamas that

04:55 are watching and all I hope is that maybe they'll release a video showing that she's

05:02 safe and sound, saying how important it is for her daughter.

05:08 How do you tell a three-year-old that her grandmother was murdered by the bed people

05:15 that got to her home?

05:17 She saw them.

05:18 She understands.

05:22 I was just scared that she'll ask, 'Is that the same thing that they're going to do to

05:29 I don't even want to think about how they treat them, what they do with them.

06:01 But she wasn't fast enough to escape the chasing gunmen.
