00:15 incredible people, some who'd been through breast cancer themselves, some who were trekking for

00:21 loved ones and hearing their stories made me realise I didn't check my own breast. So there

00:27 I am trekking, you know, raising awareness yet I wasn't checking myself. So I got to know my own

00:34 boobs and I started checking in once a month and thank goodness I did. I think it's really important

00:43 firstly to get to know your own chest. Remember you need to check whether you're male or female,

00:49 get to know them and if you find then the slightest difference or feel or have a little bit of pain,

00:57 or just something that you just know is not your normal, then please, please, please straight away
