01:15 - We're gonna take three deep breaths in,
01:21 inhaling through the nose, holding for four,
01:25 and then a long, slow breath out.
01:28 So deep breath in through the nose,
01:30 feeling the air moving through the nostrils
01:35 up through the crown of the head.
01:36 Three, four, and exhale slowly.
01:41 - Kendra takes us out this morning to meditate
01:44 and it's so relaxing.
01:46 I mean, I've never meditated before,
01:48 but getting out there on the beach
01:49 and just listening to Kendra, you know,
01:51 tell us, you know, breathe in slowly, breathe out slowly.
01:54 It gives you this rejuvenation
01:56 that going into a reward challenge will hopefully,
01:59 you know, help boost our energy.
