09:43 Condemned the act specifically without giving it general discretion
09:48 The ministry called for severe and speedy response from law enforcement
09:52 agencies to avoid future
09:55 recurrence and then it said that this incident on UTV ought to be treated the same way as the Dagbang FM
10:02 incident which involved an
10:04 ADC member it ends with we also wish to urge media practitioners and institutions to act professionally at all times in

10:14 their duties and that is how that statement is signed by the general secretary of
