00:38 So what do you think the secret of your success is?
00:41 Well, I can't reveal too much.
00:45 That's the secret.
00:48 But no, we only buy the top quality ingredients and it's always got to be the most sustainable that we can.
00:56 We're always inventing new bits and bobs for the menus to keep the menus fresh.
01:01 We think it's really important as well to keep the tradition of the fish and chips really strong in the UK.
01:08 So trying to get the next generation involved as well in the fish and chips.
01:12 Do you think it's still one of the best value meals?
01:15 Definitely. Yeah, I mean, last year it was, there was a lot of bad negativity going on with the increases and everything like that.
01:22 But it's happened. It's not just in the fish and chips, it's everything.
01:26 But we still do feel that it is good value for money.
01:30 It's one of the top 40 and they deserve it. They are amazing.
01:35 So what was good about them?
01:37 We came a few months ago for the first time and discovered this fish and chip shop.
01:42 We had a small fish and chips and it was amazing. It was just really tasty and very reasonably priced as well.
01:49 Homemade curry sauce, mushy peas, everything's top quality.
01:53 So that's one of the reasons why we came away this weekend to come back and treat ourselves to a small fish and chips for lunch.

02:02 Definitely. And I will recommend it to everybody.
