00:12 And when I finally got him in there,

00:15 I finally thought, hopeful, that someone would actually do something.

00:21 And what they've actually done is made it worse and ignored him.

00:26 If you could see him three months ago and see him now,

00:30 he's almost unrecognisable.

00:34 He's a totally different person.

00:36 And now, now they're telling us there's nothing they can do.

00:39 All they can do is make him comfortable until he dies.

00:41 But I have been on their case for months.

00:43 He's been under their radar since last year.

00:46 And he's been in there since the 8th of September.
