00:05 According to court documents obtained by E! News on Oct. 2, Jodi has filed for divorce

00:11 from the actor after four years of marriage.

00:15 The Queen and Slim star cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup

00:20 and requested joint custody of the pair's 3-year-old daughter.

00:25 Their date of separation is listed as Sept. 13.

00:29 E! News has reached out to their reps for comment but has not yet heard back.
