00:52 That was Donald Trump whining as he entered court for day three of trial
00:59 in the New York Attorney General civil fraud case against Donald Trump.
01:05 In addition to whining like you just saw and saying that he believes his disclaimer,
01:12 which he calls a worthless clause,
01:14 means that all of his statement of financial conditions
01:18 and other financial representations and fraud should not even be evaluated
01:25 by banks or tax authorities or insurers.
01:29 It should just be completely viewed as worthless.

02:14 And here you have Donald Trump whining, saying that if he had a jury,
02:20 he would win, but because he doesn't have a jury,
02:23 that's the reason why he is losing.

03:41 You're whining that you don't have a jury trial.
03:44 Also, by the way, the judge, Judge Ngoron,
03:48 has already granted partial summary judgment against you.
03:52 Whether there was a jury trial or not a jury trial,
03:56 the judge has the power to grant summary judgment,
03:59 and the judge found, based on the undisputed facts,
04:03 based on the statements that you made,
04:06 based on the tax assessments,
04:08 based on the statement of financial conditions,
04:10 based on the statements by your outside accountants,
04:13 like the one testifying today, Donald Bender from the Mazers firm,
04:18 that there was persistent and systemic fraud by you,
04:22 your adult kids, Don Jr., and Eric,
04:24 and the various entities you control, like the Trump Organization.

04:36 because our media is completely broken,
04:40 and they think that having someone like Donald Trump

04:49 "Oh, well, Marjorie Taylor Greene said that you would become the Speaker of the House.

04:54 And Donald Trump says that he thinks that Marjorie Taylor Greene is a great person

06:17 Donald Trump posted a false, malicious, and defamatory message on his social media platform
06:24 with a photo of Judge Ngoron's law clerk, who's heavily involved in these proceedings,
06:31 who's in court while Donald Trump is in court, while testimony is taking place.
06:36 Donald Trump is, like, loudly whispering and whining to his lawyers,
06:40 and he's posting on his social media, like a petulant, third-grade, fascist bully,
06:47 he's posting that the judge's law clerk, with a photo and her Instagram link,
06:52 is a girlfriend of Chuck Schumer, and that's why he's losing,
06:56 just spreading utterly deranged and dangerous conspiracies.
07:00 So, the judge called him into chambers, imposed a gag order on him because of his despicable conduct,
07:07 and with the gag order, Donald Trump is still doing all of the things I showed you,
07:12 and all of these video clips of Donald Trump, he's still engaging in that conduct.
07:17 So, what's going on in day three of trial?

07:26 from the Mazers firm, which no longer represents Donald Trump,
07:30 Donald Bender, who's been providing testimony about Donald Trump's false financial valuations
07:36 and how Bender warned them, and that will be in stark contrast to Donald Trump's CFO,
07:43 who will testify soon, Allen Weisselberg.
07:47 Here's a little portion of Allen Weisselberg's deposition,
07:50 where Weisselberg says he's not a CPA, and he doesn't know generally accepted accounting principles.
