00:11 Divya Bharti was cast opposite Chunky Pandey in this film.

00:15 But Divya didn't like her casting with Chunky Pandey.

00:19 And she asked the producer of this film, Pahlaj Nihalani, to cast her opposite Govinda.

00:25 But Pahlaj Nihalani didn't do that and cast Rageshwari in the film instead.

00:37 "Divya was going to do Pooja Bhatt and Juhi Chawla.

00:41 I decided that Divya should be cast with Chunky and Ritu Shivpuri should be cast with Govinda.

00:48 When David told Divya about this, she got worried.

00:51 She called me and said, 'I will do this, I will do that.'

00:55 And started threatening me, showing attitude because she considered me as her family.

01:00 She showed a lot of anger and called me.

01:03 I went to meet her and she said, 'I have heard that I am opposite Chunky.'

01:07 I said yes. Then she said, 'I will not do this film.

01:10 You take Govinda and me and make some other film.

01:13 Cast someone else in this film instead of me.'

01:17 After this, Pahlaj cast Rageshwari opposite Chunky Pandey in this film.

01:25 "Divya Bharti was a little heavy in the film Shola and Shabnam.

01:29 So, he asked the actress to reduce her weight.

01:32 Divya joined this film after half of the shooting was over.

01:36 Pahlaj said, "We had not started the film shooting yet.

01:40 She contacted me through a secretary.

01:43 I saw her pictures and felt that she was looking a little fat.

01:47 I told the secretary that she will have to reduce her weight before starting the work.

01:51 Meanwhile, we started shooting.

01:53 Divya joined the production when only five days were left.

01:57 The whole film was made without the heroine.

02:00 This was the first time I met her personally.

02:03 And when I saw her, I liked her.

02:06 After this, she signed many films immediately.
