It's raining outside and The Hooley Dooleys and their friends, Russell the Muscley Kangaroo and Tickle the Doodat can't go to the park. They decide to put on a pretend pop concert in Tickle's playroom instead as they each have turns entertaining or being the audience.
Tickle gets to dress up as a ballerina and Russell as a Muscley Cowboy Kangaroo whilst The Hooley Dooleys entertain their audience with fun sing-a-long songs and plenty of dancing and pretend.
