00:13 from cosmetic surgery. The manner of death is listed as an accident. According to reports,
00:19 Jackie underwent a gluteal augmentation procedure one day before her death. The star was reportedly
00:26 prescribed multiple medications, including an antibiotic, a painkiller and a prescription
00:32 anti-nausea medication. Jackie allegedly had a headache and pain following the surgery and was
00:39 instead reportedly advised to take ibuprofen instead of the anti-nausea meds. According to
00:46 multiple outlets citing the medical examiner's report, on May 31st, Jackie began to feel like
00:53 her head was burning and then began to have difficulty speaking. Her aunt reportedly called
01:00 emergency services and by the time they had arrived, the star had become unresponsive.
01:06 E! News has reached out to the Miami-Dade medical examiner's office for an autopsy report but did
01:12 not immediately hear back. Jackie's death was confirmed on June 1st by a BET Media Group
01:19 spokesperson. She was just 33 years old. Since then, Jackie's partner DC Youngfly has
01:26 shared several moving tributes in her honor on social media. DC previously honored his late
01:32 partner following news of her death writing on Instagram on June 8th, "I wasn't in no rush to
01:38 post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad. But every hour I'm reminded of reality.
01:45 So I want to make sure I applaud you in the proper manner." He added, "You are the greatest,
01:51 mother I know. Your soul was beautiful. You always wanted the best for others and I admired
01:57 how our family love each other." DC Youngfly and Jackie O share three children together,
