01:11 she was struggling with the "physical contortions" Kai had choreographed.
01:22 In a video posted to Instagram, Angela said, "Shattered.

01:28 This is a beautiful dance when it's done properly, but you wouldn't believe the physical contortions

01:41 Despite being knackered from intensive training, the Strictly star was all smiles as she met
01:46 up with her fellow contestants to prepare for Saturday's live show.
